Minor Protection Standards at Lemon Resort Spa
We inform you that from 15.08.2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting the threat of sexual crime and the protection of minors and of 28 July 2023 amending the Act - Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts and implementing the STANDARDS FOR THE PROTECTION OF MINORS (SOM), to register with a child at Lemon Resort Spa, the following are required:
1. Identity documents of all registered persons, including minors (ID card, passport, driving license, mObywatel application)
2. A document confirming the relationship of the child traveling with you (e.g. IKP, court ruling).
3. Consent of parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child). This applies to both persons not related to the child, as well as, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not their legal guardians at the moment.
4. In the absence of the above-mentioned documents, you must sign a declaration regarding your relationship with the child and their personal data.
We ask for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the new regulations, are obliged to verify the relationship between the child and the adults accompanying them in the hotel.
